THESE ARE NOT MY WELDS!Just wanted to put that out there. 😉 When I got my Rubicon axles, they had different brackets welded on for coil overs. This was an example of one of the better welds. I have no idea how this stuff didn’t break off.

I got overruled on the JB weld idea.
I got overruled on the JB weld idea. So we notched the truss. This does weaken it slightly, but not enough to be a concern.

The Dana 30 we put the truss on had an ARB air locker.
The Dana 30 we put the truss on had an ARB air locker. The port for the locker was going to be in the way of the truss. I suggested we just fill the hole with JB Weld and drill another one.

A friend suggested I try the Penetro 90
A friend suggested I try the Penetro 90 to loosen the control arm ends that were not moving. I tried, but since I am really impatient, and 15 minutes isn’t long enough to work, I ended up using the torch. 😂

EJS 2018. Went on a trail ride with the Jeep social media crew and filmed a Christmas commercial. Spent most of the day waiting for the camera crew to set up the shots. Trouble is, I never saw it until about 2 weeks ago because they scrapped it. 😪
